The request must be submitted by the end of following month for the prior months group meetings, but after all meetings have taken place. (Example: If you met with your group 3 weeks in March, submit for reimbursement AFTER your 3 weeks of meeting but before the end of April. Late reimbursement forms will not be considered; please make every effort to submit forms in a timely fashion.
